        • Personality: Cara is ambitious, Stubborn, smart, judgmental, enthusiastic, and easy to make laugh. Being the youngest child of four, Cara learned very quickly that she needed to be the best to get what she wanted.  Being the only girl did help when wrestling with her siblings, but she was still a very competitive child outside of the house.  Most of her childhood friends were boys.   Knowing the first time through what she wants, Cara is very hard-headed and often makes rash decisions because of her quick thinking and choice making.  Cara is very smart; most subjects come easily to her.  Some difficult classes are History of Magic and Study of Ancient Runes.  She can’t seem to remember what happens in the past, she would rather think of the present and future rather than the past.  Judgmental might not be the right word for it.  Cara will make an assumption of someone before she knows them, but if the person is different then what she originally thought, her thoughts will change with them.  Some may call this judgmental, Cara calls this being precautious of the people around her.  Cara is a very enthusiastic person.  She enjoys what she does and tries to get others to enjoy the activity as well.  Sometimes, she is overly enthusiastic and makes the situation a little awkward, say for example, when she has a crush on someone.  She will go to EXTREME lengths to be with them and have fun.  Cara, although not the best at telling jokes is a great person to make laugh.  She is easily amused and will laugh at most jokes and puns.  Telling her a joke is probably the best way to be friends with her.

        • Background: Cara is half Scottish and half American.  Like most Americans, that side of her family is mixed of various cultures.  Her American blood is a mix of Peruvian, English, and Russian ancestry.  Born in the Scottish Isles, Scotland has always been her home. She loves the snow and the cold.  Her parents were married for ten years before she was born and they  still married for the next seven.  When her parents divorced, her father moved back to the US with her and one of her brothers, Mateo.  Cara didn’t do so well at her new schools.  Normally hanging out with the guys back in Scotland, no one bullied her.  In American, the kids made fun of her accent and how small she was.  She learned very quickly that the only way she could make friends was to change her personality.  Even after trying to fit in, she was still left out.  Having no real friends, Cara drifted from one social group to the next, barely being comfortable with herself.  It was very hard on her knowing that half of her family was separated by a giant ocean.  Three years past and her brothers Ian and Darragh and her mother had gathered enough money to support the five of them.  When Cara arrived back in Scotland, she was soo happy.  She was back home.  About a month after coming home, Cara went into the forest near her house and got mauled by a local pack of wolves.  Now having scars all across her back, Cara became self conscious of her body and led to a hard time reconnecting with friends.  Going back to school in her small town, Cara made only a handful of friends and learned to get over her self consciousness.  One of her dreams when she was a little girl was to go to Hogwarts like her older brother Ian, who was sorted into Ravenclaw.  Although her other brothers were accepted to Hogwarts, they went to Durmstrang Institute.  When Cara got to Hogwarts, she got sorted into Slytherin.  A little disappointed, she tried to prove the Sorting Hat wrong all year; she got good grades and did extremely well on her OWLS.  In her second year, she grew a passion for Potions and Care of Magical Creatures.  She spent her afternoons helping  the professor by the stables and Prof. Desmarais with anything.  In her third year, Cara gained a crush at Hogwarts, and to impress him, tried out Quidditch.  Although not being accepted that year for the team, she is going to try out again this year as a Beater.  She hopes he will at least notice her this year before he graduates.  (Blushies)  After learning about the tragic accident at Hogwarts last year, Cara went into a funk and got out of it about a month into summer break after many cupcakes and horse back rides.

        • Family: Cara’s Father is half Peruvian, a quarter English, and a quarter Russian.  Born in America, Robert Sney was a descendant of two uncommon witches and wizards.  When studying abroad in Scotland, he met Alana Aitken, Cara’s mother.   Alana was a small-town girl from Northern Scotland and still lived with her mother and two other sisters.  After two years studying, Robert and Alana fell madly in love and had 3 boys before their only girl Cara.  They all lived in Scotland with Robert becoming more and more homesick of his homeland America.  Finally it became too much and he divorced his wife and took his youngest kids to America to live and experience the wonders of the new country.  Cara’s oldest brothers, Ian and Darragh, were old enough to stay in Scotland and help support their mother while Cara and her youngest older brother, Matteo, were left alone with their father until their mother was able to support all her children.  At Ten, Matteo and Cara move back to Scotland and rejoice in their reunion with their mother and the land they called home.  Ian, Darragh, Mateo, and Cara are all pranksters, but Cara is the best of all of them.  With her innocence, she is able to fool all.  The next year, Ms. Aitken and her children, the Aitken-Sneys, were informed that another Sney was invited into this world.  Cara’s half-brother is Brandon and her step mother is Leah.  Aunt Tallulah is Cara’s mother’s younger sister and Aunt Helen is Cara’s Mother’s older sister.

        • Likes & Dislikes:

Likes: Animals, Laughing, talking with peers, cracking jokes, training animals, whether it be in Magical Creatures class or the school’s toads for frog Choir, singing, listening to music (most music), eating, sleeping, bad boys, smart boys, swimming, sitting by the fire, reading, playing sports (muggle and wizarding sports like quidditch), COFFEE!!

            in terms of opposite sex: Likes hair, muscles, smartness, needs to make her laugh, nice person (at least to her), Green or blue eyes preferred but not limited to, competitive, slightly insecure, protective instincts.

Dislikes: Some music (Classical and HEAVY DUTY RAP!), weird food, insects that you don’t see until they are on top of you, not talking in person (it creates Many awkward moments.)
